Where do you ship?
We are based in the UK and offer worldwide shipping!

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within the UK will usually take 3-5 working days & INTERNATIONAL orders will usually take 6-7 working days. If you need the delivery at its earliest then please contact us before ordering to make an arrangement.

What shipping service do you use?
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries.

How can I track my parcel?
Tracking is available if you selected a tracked shipping service at checkout. Your tracking code will be included in your dispatch email. If you can’t find it, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Do you offer a first order discount?
Yes! Sign up for our mailing list here to receive 10% off your first order.

If I order multiple pieces, will they come individually packed?
Yes, each earring or pair of earrings will come in its own pink gift box.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?
We DO NOT accept any returns or refunds here at MANA, However you can contact us and we are more than happy to try and solve any problems. For cancellations, please contact us before your order is dispatched.

Product Information

What packaging will my order arrive in?
All our jewellery is sent out in bubble envelope packaging, to avoid the jewellery from being damaged within shipping process. All customers will receive a cute little pouch, in which you can keep your earrings within safely for future use & a thank-you card.

How should I care for my jewellery?
Store your jewellery in a dry place, clean it regularly with a soft cloth, and avoid contact with harsh chemicals to keep it looking its best.
